ASU Dance Marathon: It’s for the kids!
On February 15 my sorority (Sigma Kappa!) and I will be dancing for 12 hours straight, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. at the ASU Dance Marathon to support the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The idea is that we are dancing for all of the sick children who cannot dance on their own.
My team will specifically be dancing for our honor child, Nathan. Nathan has suffered from Cystic Fibrosis since he was 10 weeks old. He has not eaten solid food in 5 years, his disease forces him to be fed from a tube. However, Nathan still strives to live his life with optimism and hope. (Scroll down for his full story and picture.) I am fundraising not only for my team, but for Nathan as well. He represents what this event is all about and he is the reason why my team will dance.

Please, consider donating any amount of money to support our team, Nathan and this amazing cause. Donations are tax-deductible and even the smallest amount you are able to give will help. I completely understand if you are not able to donate and if you cannot, consider sharing this post with someone who you think could.
Last year, Phoenix Children’s Hospital provided more than $65 million in charity and uncompensated care. In order to make this possible, the hospital relies on charitable donations from kind-hearted people and groups.

Good luck from your sisters at Theta! We are participating on February 22!
That is amazing! Good luck to you all! Is it a part of your Greek week? LISK!
We don’t do a Greek Week at University of Illinios
However, we Greeks are always competitive, and Dance Marathon combines sisterhood, philanthropy, and a fun time!
Hope you have fun!
